Return Policy
Full Grain Leather
Each piece of leather is unique, so no two products will look exactly alike. Our leather ages and develops character differently than store-bought options, adding to its charm. Expect and appreciate natural markings and subtleties as your product develops its own identity.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of having received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@heritagerhinoleather.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@heritagerhinoleather.com
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Custom items are ineligible for returns since they are made specifically for you. Only items bought from the (Ready to Ship) section qualify for returns.
We take our time in hand crafting each leather piece to make sure they are of the highest quality. With that being said, we do understand that mistakes happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will be happy to make it right!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at heritagerhino@gmail.com.
Warranty
All items come with a 1 year warranty against damage caused by our craftsmanship when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. We’ll cover all shipping costs for a free repair or replacement. This warranty covers material and workmanship faults, but not damage from misuse, negligence, or accidents. Natural markings or discoloration, known as patina, are also excluded.
